Who Are We?

KZNBPSA is an organization that advocates for the increased participation of black property sector professionals and entrepreneurs. The association was formed by KwaZulu-Natal professionals and entrepreneurs with over 25 years of experience collectively in the property sector.

We are inspired by our unique South African history. We are bringing change in the property industry one member at a time.

What is our focus?

KZNBPSA focuses more on three pillars of Real estates namely:

  • Property professionals which includes but not limited to Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Town Planners, Engineers, Construction Managers, Conveyancers, Property Project Managers, Land Surveyors, Property Valuers, etc.
  • Property practitioners which includes but not limited to Estate agents, Property Managers, and Executive Managing agents.
  • Property entrepreneurs prioritising Emerging Property developers and contractors.

How do we help?

  • Training and skills development. Through our partnership with Durban University of Technology (DUT) and The Property Sector Academy (PSA) Providing a high-ranking property education and skills training.
  • Networking platform to foster collaborations. Information and opportunities sharing on our progressive WhatsApp community.
  • High quality events and webinars. With our annual event such a Emerging property developers summit, Our quarterly Round table discussion and our monthly webinars, Our members are always fueled up with empowering network sessions.
