What is our focus?

KZNBPSA focuses more on three pillars of Real estates namely:

  • Property professionals which include but not limited to Architects, Quantity surveyors, Town planners, Engineers, Construction managers, Conveyancers, Property project managers, Land surveyors, Property valuers, etc.
  • Property practitioners which include but not limited to estate agents Property Managers, Executive Managing agents. This pillar if Real estate is under Property practitioners’ regulatory authority (PPRA)
  • Property entrepreneurs has a special focus on Emerging Property developers and contractors.

How do we help?

  • Training and skills development. Through our partnership with Durban University of Technology (DUT) and The Property Sector Academy (PSA) Providing a high-ranking property education and skills training.
  • Networking platform to foster collaborations. Information and opportunities sharing on our progressive WhatsApp community.
  • High quality events and webinars. With our annual event such a Emerging property developers summit, Our quarterly Round table discussion and our monthly webinars, Our members are always fueled up with empowering network sessions.
