The KwaZulu-Natal Black Property Sector Association (KZNBPSA), in partnership with Sakhisizwe Property Stokvel, proudly announces the Property Stokvel Masterclass, a landmark collaborative initiative designed to empower emerging black property investors and developers through innovative, accessible, and community-rooted investment strategies.

Sakhisizwe Property Stokvel, under the leadership of Chairperson Ms Silindile Leseyane, has demonstrated that collective savings and investment models are not just viable, they are a sustainable, scalable mechanism for raising capital, developing property assets, and building generational wealth through income-generating property portfolios.
