On the 10th October 2024, KZNBPSA hosted their 1st ever annual Emerging Property Developers Summit which was set to be South Africa’s prime property developer’s hub with a purpose of bringing the industry players under one roof to accelerate the entry level developers and facilitate the upsurge of collaboration. The incipient property developers had the opportunity to liaise with professional developers and gain broader knowledge and developer skills. It was indeed a prestigious event that brought about more insight on the business of property development, land issues as well as access to finance within the industry. One of our honorary guests and keynote speakers of the day was Minister Sihle Zikalala who emphasised the issue of inclusivity. Together with each of the distinguished speakers and guests, it was a successful and eventful day.
