The KwaZulu-Natal Black Property Sector Association, known as KZNBPSA is a member-based voluntary association with a clear mission to be an influential voice within the property sector and promote demographic inclusion by advocating for increased black participation, control, and property ownership.
The association was launched in 2023.
To see a thriving and sustainable KZN property sector that benefits not only KZN businesses but also the black demographic as a whole. We strive to foster an inclusive and prosperous property market that positively impacts the local economy and society at large.
To advocate for demographic representation in the KZN real estate sector, specifically in terms of proprietorship, involvement, and control. We are committed to driving comprehensive progress and fostering broad engagement within the property sector to create a more inclusive and diverse industry.
To promote equal opportunities and increased representation within the KZN property sector. Primary objective is to ensure that businesses already operating in KZN, particularly those owned by individuals from the black demographic, have fair and equitable access to property ownership and acquisition.
